Naming Conventions

All folder, file, image, and document names in the CMS should use numbers and lowercase letters only, separating words with hyphens. No spaces or special characters may be used and there is a 120-character limit. 

INCORRECT

• College-Of-Arts-Flyer-1
• College of Arts Flyer 1
• college-of-arts-flyer-#-1

CORRECT

• college-of-arts-flyer-1
