Space Management & Analysis

The Space Management Department works closely with end users to provide assistance in planning projects from initial data gathering meeting with customers to completion of conceptual designs. The department also communicates with USF campuses to prepare reporting data as required by the State of Florida.

Space Management & Analysis provides the following services:

• Planning and conceptual designs for new spaces or for the improvement, change, or reconfiguration of existing spaces
• Development of the preliminary scope, schedule, and budget for projects
• Space file management and reporting:
