Administration & Operations
The Division of Administration & Operations, headed by Assistant Vice President Jennifer Fleischman, encompasses the Departments of Emergency Management, Facilities Services, Maintenance and Utility Services, Building Information Services, and the Facilities Customer Service Center.
Campus Planning, Construction, & Development
The Division of Campus Planning, Construction, and Development, headed by an Assistant Vice President, encompasses the Departments of Land Use and Planning, Construction and Development, and Environmental Health & Safety.
University Police
University Police (UP) is dedicated to providing a safe environment for and in partnership with the university community. UP responds to and investigates criminal activities, traffic incidents, and other non-criminal complaints; processes and dispatches emergency calls; and provides crime prevention education.
Parking & Transportation Services
The PATS division is responsible for the overall management of the Bull Runner Transit System and parking facilities and services. We are committed to providing guidance and assistance to the USF community and our guests with all their parking and transportation needs in a professional and courteous manner.
