Employment Related FCOC Activities

USF must seek an exemption from the Florida Board of Governors (“BOG”) prior to entering an employment agreement with applicants identified as . USF has amended existing processes to identify to ensure compliance with these new requirements; this includes the addition of identifying questions within the job application and foreign influence screening process (for applicable positions). The BOG exemption process is in addition to the already established foreign influence screening process, managed by USF Human Resources, pursuant to F.S. 1010.35.
