Official Transcripts

Order your USF Transcript online

Current Students:

  1. Login to your , go to the top of the page, and click the tab that says My Resources and click Student Self-Service (formerly OASIS) from the drop-down menu.
  2. Once you are logged into Student Self-Service, navigate to Request Official Transcript under Student Record.
  3. Follow the prompts from the National Student Clearinghouse to place your order.

Former Students and Alumni:

To access the transcript ordering page, visit the and follow the prompts listed on the screen. Please note there is a $10 fee plus an additional processing fee for each transcript ordered. The additional processing fee varies based on the selected method of delivery.


Requests that cannot be processed due to outstanding holds will be cancelled and refunded after 20 days.

You will not be able to place a request for official transcripts if there are any holds preventing the release of transcripts on your account. You can check your holds by signing into your Student Self-Service account and navigating to Student > Student Profile > Holds (located at the top right corner).

Picking up in office?

  • Orders placed for pickup on-campus will be available at the Tampa campus.
  • Always bring your official photo ID with you. Consult our Lobby Hours before coming to campus.
  • Need someone else to pick up your order? In the pick-up section of the order form, provide the legal name of the individual picking up your order. That individual must also show their official photo ID at pick-up.

Official and Unofficial transcripts for students who participated in the Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy, or the Master of Physician Assistant Studies programs through must be requested through .
