The Ombuds Office directly supports and serves faculty, staff and administrators across all campus locations.  We are dedicated to advancing the University's mission and promoting the continued and unbounded success of all ßÙßÇÂþ»­ employees.

Our professional services include identifying strategies and options to resolve and prevent workplace conflict, informal mediation, explanation of Regulations and Policies and a variety of initiatives to co-create the USF workplace of tomorrow.

Together we will actively identify options, develop strategies, review Regulations and Policies and explore possible means for resolution. We will listen to your concerns, help evaluate your situation, and assist you in identifying ways to resolve conflicts of consequence.

When you want to visit the USF Ombuds Office, we will arrange a confidential and convenient meeting. Public university emails are generally public records, so please call (813) 974-7777 for an initial discussion or to make an appointment for a face-to-face meeting.
