ßÙßÇÂþ»­ researchers, in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies and the Florida Sheriff’s Association Cold Case Commission hosted the second annual Missing in Florida Day. The goal of the event is to help solve violent crime cold cases through anthropology, scientific research, education and forensic art.

The solar-powered NEWgenerator provides off-grid sanitation technology and generates nutrients, energy and water by safely recovering them from human wastewater. It’s the first unit to be manufactured since the USF Technology Transfer Office signed a licensing agreement in 2020.
