USF Junior, Christopher Oueis has been recognized as a 2024 Phi Beta Kappa Key Into Public Service Scholar. Oueis, an international student from Lebanon, has worked to reduce conflict around the world and is one of 20 recipients from over 700 applicants nationwide.
