Afghanistan: Part One
GNSI Policy Dialogues Afghanistan Part One
Welcome to the inaugural two-part GNSI Policy Dialogues conference that promises to be a landmark event in the field of U.S. foreign policy and the Middle East. This Policy Dialogues event will bring together leading voices on Afghanistan, offering a unique opportunity to learn the latest on the country that serves as a crucial nexus in the Middle East.
Afghanistan has been called the "Heart of Asia" throughout history and it has certainly been the epicenter for U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East for the past 25 years. It's been 3+ years since U.S. forces withdrew from Afghanistan. What's happened since? And, more importantly, what's going to happen in the future?
Your participation is crucial to the success of this special event. GNSI is proud to welcome you to this unique opportunity, beginning with Part One, which will form the foundation for research, policy, and academic papers announced at Part Two of the conference, scheduled for Spring 2025 in Washington, DC. The work we do and the ideas we develop in Part One, including yours, will greatly affect and influence the policies created in Part Two.
