ßÙßÇÂþ» Summer Dance Week

The ßÙßÇÂþ» Summer Dance Week is designed as a week-long series of intensive classes and workshops.

Each day will be structured to have 3-4 classes in a variety of forms and styles - These will include African dance, ballet, contemporary/modern dance, improvisation, jazz, tap, commercial dance, composition, and more!

Additionally, dancers will be learning new and repertory choreography that they will perform in the end-of-intensive performance.

Open to all dancers age 10+ with previous dance training.

The ßÙßÇÂþ» Summer Week of Dance faculty will include USF dance faculty, alumni, and invited guest artists. Current USF dance majors will serve as group mentors.

Although there is not a formal audition process for this intensive workshop, dancers will be required to submit a brief summary of your dance training and list your current dance teacher’s information (if applicable) during the registration process. The dancers will be split into two-three groups, based on age, technical ability, and number of registered students.
