Interdisciplinary Social Sciences (ISS)
Career Clusters and Courses
The bachelor’s degree in ISS prepares students for a wide range of careers and graduate programs. ISS students have the opportunity to customize their degree through the selection of concentrations tailored to their interests. It is the student’s responsibility to work closely with the ISS advisor to select concentrations appropriate to their career and life goals. USF’s Center for Career & Professional Development can provide valuable assistance in selecting careers and developing career pathways.
To further assist students, the Department has created a series of career modules that are integrated into required courses for the ISS major. These career modules are designed to provide students with resources they will need to enter the workforce or graduate school.
