Murid Partaw

Murid Partaw worked and has extensive experience in both the government and private sector.  As a former senior government official, Murid brings an in-depth knowledge and understanding of his home country of Afghanistan and South Asia region in terms of security, political, diplomatic, and religious subject matters.  Murid's most recent position was Afghanistan's Senior National Representative (SNR) to the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM). In that capacity, he represented his country at the highest levels in an international coalition comprised of more than 65 nations whose primary mission was coordination of civil and military efforts in the war against terrorism and extremism.

In addition, he has participated in numerous conferences, forums and events on South Asia and Middle East regions. He has delivered speeches on Afghanistan-Pakistan political and security developments. He is an alumni of Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA) in Washington, DC. 

Murid is currently pursuing his PhD in Politics and International Affairs at the School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies (SIGS) at the 哔咔漫画. He has also been teaching college level classes during the last two years.  As an academic writer and researcher, he is also a featured writer for Foreign Policy Journal (FPJ) IHS Jane's and The National Interest. His academic research focuses on democratization, inter-state relations, and state-building, peace and security studies.
