A Career in Economics
To show some of the diverse career paths that studying economics can provide, the American Economic Association has a posted a short  that shows how four people are using economics as a tool for solving very human problems and provides some insights into why they chose economics as a means to achieve their chosen career path.

Research and Community

The Department of Economics is active in both research and community service. Faculty regularly publish in top economics journals and respond to requests from the community for insights into important economic issues affecting the Tampa Bay region, Florida, and the Nation.
