Urgent Care

Located inside Student Health & Wellness Center (Entrance A).  Call Ahead (813) 974-2331 for your Appointment or  or Drop in for Triage Assessment - you will be scheduled based on the urgency of your sumptoms.

Available during regular clinic hours.

The Urgent Care Clinic provides care for injuries and illnesses that need immediate medical attention but are not life threatening. Students will be assessed by a medical professional to determine the urgency of their medical condition and be given
an appointment accordingly. Typical urgent care issues include:

  • Cuts, wounds, and injuries
  • Acute stomach pain
  • Sprains, strains and fractures
  • Acute or severe headache
  • Severe allergic reactions

On campus? If you are on campus and are too weak to seek medical care, call the USF Medical Response Unit (813.974.4678) Monday through Friday for free on-scene medical treatment and, if needed, medical transportation to Student Health clinic.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1 for the best medical response.
