Chad is a former US Army Soldier and Squad Leader with over 10 years of experience in military leadership, combat engineering, and security operations. Serving both in the USA and Germany from 2006 to 2016. As a squad leader, they provided critical mobility, counter-mobility, and survivability support during both combat and peace-time missions.

Chad is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and management of the College of Marine Science buildings at the 哔咔漫画, St. Petersburg. This includes tasks such as ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained, managing budgets, coordinating repairs, overseeing security, and handling any issues related to utilities and equipment. Chad is involved in space planning, energy management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Chad鈥檚 goal is to create a functional, efficient, and comfortable learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.
