Otis Wilder, Ed.D
Otis worked for 20 years in project management and training development until returning to college in 2009. He went on to receive his BA in Psychology at ßÙßÇÂþ» St. Petersburg, an MA in Applied Learning and Instruction at UCF, and his EdD in Program Development at USF Tampa. Otis has worked on the ßÙßÇÂþ» St. Petersburg campus since 2013 as a learning designer and professional development coordinator. He was a founding member of the USF Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning Executive Board and continues to serve on its advisory board. He also serves as an adjunct instructor teaching the Psychology of Learning and has taught ethics and leadership courses for the Bishop Center for Ethical Leadership. His research interests are in adult online learning, faculty development, and public/private partnerships between the university and the business community.
