Biography
Dr. Schinnel Small joined the Department of Computer Science at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, FL as an instructor in the Fall 2016. She received the Doctorate of Engineering degree from Morgan State University in December 2010, after pursuing a bachelors-to-doctorate path of study. While at Morgan State, she has served as a Faculty Advisor for Computer Science students, a Research Assistant for the Department of Electrical Engineering (in data characterization and visualization) and an Instructor for the Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematics Departments. She is currently a member of ACM.
