Vaccine Update for Employees (4/20/21)

Dear ßÙßÇÂþ»­ employees:

We are excited to announce the ßÙßÇÂþ»­ is now able to provide the COVID-19 vaccine to family or household members of our employees who are still awaiting a vaccine. Vaccines can be particularly helpful if you have plans to travel in the coming weeks or months, .

Please send an email to covidvaccine@usf.edu to request an appointment for yourself, or your household or family members. Staff will contact you to schedule the appointments and will gather whatever information they need at that time.
