Dr. Hansel specializes in adult hearing, tinnitus, auditory processing, and vestibular evaluations, along with the provision of amplification services, including selection, fitting, and maintenance of hearing aids. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). In addition to her tenure at USF, Dr. Hansel has worked as an assistant professor/clinical instructor at NSU, as a clinical audiologist at a large ENT/Audiology practice in Tampa, and a Falls and Balance clinic in a Columbus, Ohio hospital. She is the current past-president of the Florida Academy of Audiology.
