Dr. Doing serves as Assistant Professor and Audiologist at the USF Hearing Clinic,
Chair of the Au.D. Admissions Committee, and Clinical Advisor for 2nd year Au.D. graduate
students. He joined USF in 2020, working on various projects with Drs. David and Ann
Clock Eddins in the Auditory & Speech Sciences Laboratory, then transitioned to his
current role through serving as interim inpatient and outpatient audiologist at Tampa
General Hospital. Dr. Doing received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of
Wisconsin Eau Claire, and his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Minnesota
Twin Cities. His areas of interest include: adult diagnostics and amplification, newborn
hearing screening, and hearing conservation. Dr. Doing loves teaching; his primary
responsibility is training 2nd-year Au.D. graduate students in the USF Hearing Clinic.
