Rossana Vergara is a community outreach caseworker for the Hillsborough HIPPY Program. She began her career in Peru as secretary and executive assistant. When she moved to the U.S., she was a housewife and mother. She began with HIPPY has a parent in the program with her three-year-old son. She was hired as a home visitor with the Bible-Based Church of Temple Terrace in 2014. When a position became available at USF, she joined the Hillsborough HIPPY Team. She enjoys helping her community. In her free time, she loves listening music and spending time with family.
