high fidelity wraparound; structural racism in the behavioral health field
Dr. Radlauer-Doerfler is adjunct faculty for the USF Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health MS program, which prepares students to serve in public sector and nonprofit organizations addressing the behavioral health needs of children, youth, and families. Dr. Radlauer-Doerfler is a leading expert in behavioral health and uses her experience to create impact with communities, systems, organizations, and individuals. Her approach is collaborative, creative and curious as she strives to educate while always learning. She has extensive experience in behavioral health, public health, and organizational development for more than 25 years. She is a national expert in High Fidelity Wraparound and her research on structural racism in the behavioral health field has led to the development of a national curriculum designed to educate professionals how to create more equitable systems. She is passionate about addressing behavioral health challenges through social support and speaks widely on the topic.
