Tracy-Ann Gilbert-Smith, M.S. is the Academic Services Administrator for the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program in the Department of Child & Family Studies.Responsibilities include administering academic policies; advising faculty, staff, and students on matters related to the program, point of contact with prospective undergraduate, masters and PhD students; assisting students with admissions, thesis and dissertation activities; and providing BANNER support for course scheduling and reporting.

Tracy-Ann obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of the West Indies, Kingston, Jamaica and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland University College.
