At the ßÙßÇÂþ» School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, students engage in two immersive courses: Introduction to Food Production and Restaurant Operations. In these hands-on classes, students apply their learning by organizing Bull's Bistro, a series of public events where theoretical knowledge meets practical experience. Limited seating is available, so we encourage the public to reserve their seats and witness our students' skills firsthand. Each Bistro event features a unique culinary theme, offering attendees a diverse experience of international cuisines.
