Christina Csensich
Undergraduate Advisor
- Campus: USF Tampa
- Office: BEH 219
My name is Christina Csensich, and I have been at USF as an Academic Advisor since 2023. I am the advisor for the Departments of Anthropology, and World Languages and Cultures. Although I advise for several areas on campus, I am readily available for student appointments and email communication.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Central Florida, majoring in History, and French Language and Literature. I made a career in the theme park and attractions industry for many years, managing teams for several major parks in the Orlando area, before deciding to continue my academic journey. I relocated to Tampa in 2019 to attend graduate school at USF, and earned a Master of Arts in History from USF in 2021. I am so happy to be back at USF in a professional capacity, and look forward to helping students find their passion and achieve their goals.
I take a service-based approach to advising: I am here to support and serve my students and the USF community as my first priority. While I may not have all the answers to every situation, it is my goal to always have someone to refer you to who will have the appropriate solutions. This may be the Center for Career & Professional Development, the Counseling Center, tutoring, financial aid, or any number of the many on-campus resources USF has to offer. My primary goal is to assist you in progressing through your degree in a timely fashion and choosing appropriate coursework, but I am also here to offer assistance in any other way that may be needed. Student success depends on so many other factors beyond the classroom, and it is my goal to provide compassionate, open-minded guidance to all of my students.
