BIO
Feng Hao (Ph.D., 2015, Washington State University) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences at the ßÙßÇÂþ». Dr. Hao is an environmental sociologist and quantitative scholar. One of his research areas is studying public opinion and environmental behavior. The other involves examining anthropogenic drivers of climate change and renewable energy deployment. Dr. Hao has 50 publications in a variety of sociology, environment, and public health journals. He served on the editorial board for three journals. His perspectives have been featured in interviews on local TV news stations. Dr. Hao has secured numerous grants to support his research and is the recipient of the 2024 USF Outstanding Research Achievement Award.
